Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Administrators to work with our public sector client. These roles are initially for 6 months, with possibility of being extended up to 12 months.

Main duties:
  • Collate, analyse, validate and process customer information accurately and securely, maintaining member and scheme records in compliance with all data regulations
  • Actively identify and participate in opportunities for continuous improvement to customer service, contributing to the development of more effective ways of working throughout the organisation.
  • Prioritise all customer and board requests, ensuring problems are resolved promptly and efficiently in compliance with the correct scheme regulations, agreed procedures and timescales.
  • Reconcile and validate customer collections data and values with appropriate boards and employers and ensure agreement is reached within tolerances allowed
  • Ensure the defined process is followed and understood and document issues and risk and current state on all cases worked on.
  • Manage customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
