- Prioritise all customer and board requests, ensuring problems are resolved promptly and efficiently in compliance with the correct scheme regulations, agreed procedures and timescales.
- Reconcile and validate customer collections data and values with appropriate boards and employers and ensure agreement is reached within tolerances allowed
- Ensure the defined process is followed and understood and document issues and risk and current state on all cases worked on.
