Job Summary:

Eden Scott's client is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor Administrator professional with a background in Financial Advisory or Wealth Management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to a team of Financial Advisers, including generating valuations, processing income and investments, managing diaries, and arranging client meetings.
  • Maintain and update client records using various systems, including Intelligent Office (IO).
  • Prepare client reports and information packs.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, printing, and responding to client queries.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of administration experience within an IFA or wealth management environment.
  • A solid understanding of the financial and/or wealth management industry.
  • Proven experience working in a busy team environment, with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Track record of meeting tight deadlines and processing information quickly and accurately.
  • Experience with Intelligent Office (IO) is preferred but not essential.

Skills:

  • Strong numeracy skills with the ability to process figures accurately.
  • Excellent English spelling and grammar.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly Windows 10, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and IO.
