The ideal candidate must have previous experience in customer service/customer care and possess excellent administration skills. Effective communication and a polished telephone etiquette are essential. Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus. The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines is crucial.

Reporting to the Reactive Maintenance Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Resolving customer queries via phone and email
  • Responding to customer queries promptly
  • Escalating issues to the relevant supervisor when necessary
  • Keeping detailed records of interactions
  • Collaborating with various departments as needed

Salary & Working Hours

  • Annual salary of £25000
  • Monday to Friday schedule, 8.30am – 5.30pm
