The Commercial Division are pleased to be supporting a UK based manufacturer to recruit for a Customer Service Executive to join their head offices in Loughborough on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will report directly into the Customer Service Team Leader with all service and administrative responsibilities.

Daily tasks could include:

- Sourcing customer quotations.
- Raising and processing customer and supplier orders.
- Ensure customer accounts are accurately updated in terms of contact details and finances.
- Providing expert product/service knowledge and advice, ensuring the customers' needs are achieved in one point of contact.
- Coordinating deliveries and ensuring these are completed within agreed timeframes.
- Handling customer complaints and taking ownership where possible before escalating to management.
- Providing additional administrative support to the Customer Service Manager, Sales team and Account Managers.

The successful Customer Service Advisor will ideally have experience working within a customer service role, ideally within an office based, retail or hospitality environment. However, you will need to have:

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Have a passion for going above and beyond for your team and customers.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience using some OR all of the Microsoft Packages.
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality.

You will need to be able to drive, as this location isn't easily accessible on public transport routes.
