**£20,000 - £24,000**

We are looking to add a Customer Service Advisor to oversee our Field Team and Office.

The Customer Service Advisor will support a team of engineers and be involved in the day to day running of the office, including but not limited to; taking calls, quotes, administration, marketing, insurance matters, job scheduling, social media and purchasing.

A strong Sales background is desirable.

**The Customer Service Advisor duties include**:

- All aspects of job scheduling/coordination/purchasing
- Quoting/invoicing
- Liaising with external contractors such as Electricians, plasterers, builders etc.
- Fleet Management such as MOTs, tyres and mechanical matters.
- Following up leads generated from marketing.
- Data Entry for tracking.
- Good IT skills, preferably experience using Google Drive, Xero, Tradify & CRM Platforms
- Be Proactive, organised, self motivated
- Have a professional, friendly and confident telephone manner.
- Have the ability to work accurately at speed.
- Be able to work well within a team yet be able to work using their own initiative.
- Be hardworking, Reliable, trustworthy, motivated & committed.

Experience of working in a fast paced office environment is a must.

Due to the location Driving Licence is Essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
