About the role:

  • Assisting to achieve continuous efficiency and quality improvements within the Leicester office.
  • Liaise and work together with all staff out on the road and colleagues in the office.
  • General company administration support, including receptionist duties.
  • Working closely with the engineers booking jobs, requesting permits, etc.
  • Diary and calendar organisation.
  • Taking telephone messages and monitoring responses to ensure calls are returned promptly.
  • Undertake any other duties required by the Company for which you are skilled and able to undertake to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Skills Required:

  • Demonstrable relevant experience as an administrator.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Excellent Geographical knowledge.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Must be able to work both independently and as part of a busy team.
  • Experience working within a similar industry.
