About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Team Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Fixfire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining the productivity and efficiency of our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In-Bound Sales: Provide exceptional customer service, handling inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat, while managing follow-ups and entering enquiries into our CRM system.
  • Sales Team Follow-Up Manager: Coordinate and track sales team tasks, ensuring timely report completion, organizing meetings, and maintaining action item follow-ups.
  • Sales Manager Support: Support the Sales Manager with administrative tasks to allow focus on key account management and sales strategy.
