Band 2 Mental Health In-patient Administrative Assistant:
Would you thrive working within the Mental Health Inpatient Admin Team in Stafford? Working across two busy Older Adult Wards at St Georges Hospital, Baswich Ward and Bromley Ward.
Our clinical colleagues depend on our admin team to provide an efficient, effective service to support them in delivering the very best care to our service users.

- Various administration tasks such as creating template and bespoke letters.
- Handling enquiries from service users, family members and other professionals.
- Working as part of a very busy admin team to provide a firstclass admin service to our Mental Health clinicians
- Input or extract data, as required, on clinical data system RIO (training provided).
- Prioritise and manage own workload to meet the needs and requirements of the service demands.
- Supporting the Band 3 Inpatient Administrators, nursing staff and clinicians.
- Provide cover for other administrative staff within the service as required.

Job Detail:
