We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Manor House Care Home.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents with mental health needs.
  • Work closely with male patients to promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care.
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive environment that values integrity, respect, and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 NVQ Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of experience working in mental health care.
  • Ability to work closely with male patients and promote their well-being.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
  • Contracted to 42 hours per week, with day and night shifts available.
  • Uniform provided.
  • DBS clearance.
  • Onsite parking.
