Key Responsibilities- Protecting and Supporting Health: Safeguard the physical and emotional well-being of our patients, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected.
- Care and Health Education: Assess and develop individualized care plans, providing education and support to promote healthy behaviors and outcomes.
- Program Development and Evaluation: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, implement, and evaluate programs that address the unique needs of our patients.
- Leadership and Supervision: Under the guidance of senior nursing staff, take charge of the ward or department in their absence, demonstrating leadership skills and expertise.

- A current NMC Pin registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD), or Registered Sick Children's Nurse (RSCN).
