We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at St Georges Hospital, part of the Midlands Partnership Trust NHS. As an RMN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to patients with mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized care and support to patients with mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other related illnesses.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Administer medication and provide emotional support to patients.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and carers to promote mental health and wellbeing.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
- At least 2 years of post-graduate experience in mental health nursing.
- Recent NHS experience within the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass an enhanced background check.
