My market leading client based in Birchwood, Warrington have a great recruitment opportunity on an ongoing temporary basis. The role they are looking to recruit for is an administrator supporting the busy facilities department.


You will be required to work Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00 with an unpaid half hour lunch break, meaning you will be working 37.5 hours per week.

The rate of pay whilst on a temporary basis will be £ £12.82 per hour (Salary between£22,500 and £25,000). Once you are familiar with the processes and procedures hybrid working will also be available.


The Property Services Team is responsible for the smooth running of the business' property portfolio throughout the UK and Ireland.

The Facilities team is the first point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders regarding the maintenance andupkeep of the portfolio of properties and the information and documentation held by the Property Team is constantly up to date.


Duties to include:

  • Helpdesk Management ensure call logs are processed and kept updated with the most up to date information
  • Assisting in scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities
  • Updating FM systems accurately with all supporting information and documentation
  • Processing invoices for payment updating systems and ensuring all relevant paperwork in place
  • Management of Property inbox answering queries and processing documentation
  • Answering and fielding phone calls to the Property team
  • General office administrative tasks for the Facilities and wider Property team
