We operate a homecare service in Brierley Hill and need a Coordination Assistant.

The main duties could involve:

  • Taking & making phone calls relating to people's care needs and/or staffing issues
  • Liaising with people who receive care, their families, staff and Local Authorities
  • Administrating any relevant details on our Access People Planner system

A successful applicant could demonstrate:

  • A great attitude and an ability to think creatively to solve problems under pressure
  • Professionalism and discretion
  • Good administration and organisational skills
  • An ability to communicate effectively
  • Good computer skills
  • A flexible attitude towards learning new skills and taking on new tasks
  • Some knowledge of the homecare/healthcare industry
Monthly bonuses available after successful probation.
