Coordination Assistant

The main duties could involve:
- Taking & making phone calls relating to people's care needs and/or staffing issues
- Liaising with people who receive care, their families, staff and Local Authorities
- Administrating any relevant details on our Access People Planner system
A successful applicant could demonstrate:
- A great attitude and an ability to think creatively to solve problems under pressure
- Professionalism and discretion
- Good administration and organisational skills
- An ability to communicate effectively
- Good computer skills
- A flexible attitude towards learning new skills and taking on new tasks
- Some knowledge of the homecare/healthcare industry
