**Position**: Project Coordinator

**Location**: Brierley Hill, Dudley - office based

**Responsibilities**:
**Job Scheduling**: Efficiently book in jobs, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure optimal scheduling.

**Contract Management**: Prepare, send, and follow up on contracts with meticulous attention to detail.

**Deposit Collection**: Coordinate deposit collection process, ensuring timely payments are received in accordance with company policies.

**Client Communication**: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries regarding project installations and providing updates as needed.

**Administrative Support**: Provide administrative assistance to project teams, including maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and facilitating communication between departments.

**Issue Resolution**: Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution.

**Material Orders**: Ordering materials for each job and ensuring the unit is sufficiently stocked with excess miscellaneous materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in project planning, administration, or a related field.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident in dealing with customer enquiries on phone calls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Prince 2 Foundation is desirable but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
