Procurement and Contracts Coordinator

Main duties:

  • Manage purchase ordering for all orders
  • Track PO's and ensure timely delivery
  • Liaise with suppliers on costs, lead times and stock levels
  • Update the team with any delays or issues with suppliers
  • Manage and update stock and pricing on inhouse systems
  • Resolve any invoice queries with the accounts team

Other:

  • Help the senior team liaise with customers and managing customer orders
  • Learn and help raising quotations for customers
  • Provide assistance with adding customers order onto the system
Experience (required)

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an officebased environment
  • Excel, Outlook and other inhouse systems
  • Maintaining supplier relationships
  • Some experience with purchasing
Desired skills

  • Highly organized
  • Confident working in a fastpaced office
  • Ability to use own initiative and handle difficult situations calmy and competently
  • Understand the importance of certain tasks by prioritizing workloads well
  • Good communication

Salary:
£30,000.00 per year
