Administrative Assistant

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to visitors
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
You will be expected to attend the venue once a week to collect and scan paperwork, you must live in a commutable distance to Brierley Hill.
Hours are flexible and will be primarily Monday-Friday 9-5pm but there may be some occassional weekend hours needed.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: Up to £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 12 per week
