Working for our organisation:
Northside House is a mental health inpatient unit situated on St Andrew's Business Park near Norwich.
There are three wards providing assessment and treatment services for acute mental disorders and rehabilitation including depression, bipolar, psychosis, dementia and crisis resolution.
Our primary focus is on collaborative working: placing great emphasis on the assessment/recovery model.Many aspects relating to service user recovery is reflected within the assessment tools the patients and staff use and the philosophy that underpins patient-centred care.
Our staff support network includes protected time and unit wellbeing sessions. You will be given regular supervision and have an opportunity to use the onsite gym. There are excellent developmental opportunities should you wish to progress.Detailed job description and main responsibilities:
