Calling all Executive Assistants with a passion for drama, TV, film, theatre and podcasts who would like to work for a Co-CEO at one of the UK's leading film and production companies who work with broadcasters and streamers around the world.

Duties will include comprehensive diary management, ensuring effective use of their time, providing ad-hoc support when required to other Co-CEO and MD's diaries to ensure smooth running of leadership's calendars.

You will also provide day to day supportin managing all aspects of the office, such as building maintenance, equipment, IT and other infrastructure.

You will book venues, travel, accommodation, organise conference calls, Zoom meetings, book lunches, refreshments and handle front of house duties,such as co-ordinating incoming/outgoing post, cars and couriers.

Other responsibilities include sourcing and delivering gifts, maintaining efficient and effective filing systems and preparing complex documents such as decks, briefs, Board documents, as required.


You will have previous experience working as an EA at management level and in order to succeed, must have excellent organisational, diary management and planning skills.

The role requires someone who is comfortable liaising with senior level internal andexternal contacts/stakeholders.

You will be able to gather, review and collate complex and confidential information with high attention to detail and sensitivity.

Strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with being tactful and being able to remaincalm and effective whilst handling multiple requests and able to reprioritise your workload in order to meet business objectives.

They are looking for someone who is proactive and able to use their initiative. Excellent IT skills are essential.
