About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our team at Aldrich & Co, supporting our dynamic CEO in Mayfair. As a trusted partner, you will be responsible for providing seamless administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including diary management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, investors, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate meeting management, including drafting agendas, preparing materials, and following up on outstanding items.
  • Manage all calls and correspondence, drafting responses or escalating as necessary.
  • Assist with annual tax returns, bills, and fees, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Collaborate with the Company's Support function, working closely with other EAs across the firm.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience at C-Suite level, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Highly skilled in written communications, with a perfectionist approach to grammar and language.
  • Experience of board meeting preparation and subsequent follow-up.
  • Proficient in document management, including formatting, editing, and version control.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with consistently dependable and well-organized work habits.
  • Confident and friendly, with a calm and discrete demeanor.
  • Proactive, capable, and deadline-oriented, with advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong education, with a degree-level qualification or equivalent.
