We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team on a 12-month fixed term contract as an Accounts Support Administrator reporting into the financial controller.

The Accounts Support Administrator will play a key role in supporting the finance function and the business.

Main duties include but not limited to:

  • Logging of credit control notes on our venue management system
  • Answering customer queries related to invoices, missing payments or payment disputes and providing statements.
  • Meet weekly with financial controller regarding cash collection and potential escalation of queries.
  • Processing customer telephone payments
  • Opening of office post
  • Answering the finance telephone
  • Scanning of weekly wedding day paperwork
  • Any other duties as required by the business.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive cando attitude, happy to get involved with all areas of the business
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, in particular, Outlook, Excel, Word etc. is essential.

£22,000.00 per year
