About the role


Reporting to the Senior Fleet Business Partner you'll build effective relationships and encourage collaborative working relationships with regional operations directors and other key stakeholders across fleet management and operational team units.


You'll provide strategic guidance with the primary objectives of reducing our overall red fleet demand, continually improving the quality of customer service, contribute to the business strategy on reducing emissions and overall fleet costs to the business and enhance operational behaviours with regards to driver culture, fleet policy, safety, and standards.
