Job Introduction

We have a wonderful opportunity for a Front of House Coordinator to join our vibrant and dynamic team at one of Rapport's prestigious client sites in the City of London. The Rapport team covers 11 buildings in this prestigious site, companies in our buildings ranging from Investment banks and Law firms to High Tech companies.
The client's portfolio covers a range of offices and retail estate in the heart of the City of London.

The site is the largest pedestrianised neighbourhood in Central London:
a diverse community connecting innovation and finance, and a public arena for new food, retail, and culture.

_This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 6 PM, with requirement for flexibility as per business needs._

Main responsibilities

  • Providing the highest level of service and care to all of our client's employees and visitors in line with service level agreements and set policies and procedures
  • Delivering excellent guest service and welcome, ensuring all guests are acknowledged in a professional manner according to the defined procedure with eye contact and a friendly smile
  • Proactively gathering information and feedback from customers
  • Maintaining the necessary awareness of building facilities to advise and direct guests appropriately
  • Working as part of the team, listening, taking, and giving instructions from senior team and colleagues to ensure that all daily tasks are completed

  • Ideally have at least one year of customer service experience in a similar role (e.g., front-of-house reception experience in a luxury hotel, premium airline, or corporate environment)

  • Be able to create a friendly and collaborative environment, ensuring uncompromising standards of cleanliness, creating a safe workplace
