About the role


To support the marketing team in delivering high quality and effective marketing and communication activities within London Women's Clinic (LWC), Kind IVF and London Sperm Bank.

As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to take day-to-day ownership of the social channels.

Acting as a brand guardian, you will need to ensure marketing activities remain consistent in visual identity, messaging and tone of voice when communicating our news, marketing our services, and telling inspiring stories that acquire, convert and retain patients/ donors.


We're looking for an enthusiastic, self-starter with great initiative and a creative mind, with a keen interest in the fertility sector and ambition to develop a marketing career within it.


Key responsibilities will include

  • Create and edit organic content multibranded written, video, and photo content for social media. Active collaboration with and directing of various clinical members of staff for marketing purposes, will be required.
  • Act as a brand guardian, consistently implementing branding/ tone across all marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create and own social media calendars across three brands.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as enquiries, events and front of house facing teams, to ensure social content is uptodate.
  • Continuously improving our digital presence by capturing, analysing and reporting on social metrics, insights, and best practices; working with the Marketing Manager to act on the information with the ultimate goal of increasing the size of our community and improving engagement.
  • Work alongside the Marketing Manager to execute the marketing strategy, proactively contributing to the team with fresh ideation.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in the development and management of influencer/ brand ambassador strategies planning content calendars/ collaboration ideas, writing briefs, approving content submissions all while honouring the contractual obligations of both parties.
  • Write social media briefs and direct internal staff/ influencers in 'live' events on social media this may require occasional paid overtime, preagreed with management.
  • Support the Marketing Manager and Website and Content Coordinator in engaging with patients to support the creation of written or video testimonials.
  • With the Social Media Coordinator, arrange photoshoots as required across multiple sites, creating photographer briefs, and providing on the day direction and support.
  • Supported by the Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager, collaborate with thirdparties across social networks.
  • Interact with social users and respond to marketingrelated social media messages and comments e.g. influencer requests, patient story submissions etc.
  • Provide support as required on adhoc marketing projects, including but not limited to new inhouse or OOH campaigns, web projects, CRM development and video projects.
  • Occasionally attend internal events to produce live social media content.
  • Comanage marketing mailboxes to ensure company requests are dealt with professionally and efficiently.
Remain up-to-date with social media and industry trends, monitoring competitors as necessary.

  • Complete training and coaching necessary to maintain progression within the company and in marketing, including but not limited to: PPC, copywriting, SEO, web development, CRM expansion and managerial training for personal career development.

About You

  • Educated to a minimum of undergraduate degree level (or equivalent qualification or level of experience).
  • Experience creating visual content using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Experience managing professional social media channels on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Experience writing engaging content for varying social platforms keeping audience demographics at the forefront of content generation.
