About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Coordinator to join our team at HeliosX Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals and objectives.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives brand awareness.
  • Manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that drive website traffic and conversions.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign success and inform future strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
