Customer Services Team Member

40 Hours Per Week - Monday - Friday

Gloucester / LRS / Customer Services

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide excellent service to all customers
  • Ensure a 'Right First Time' ethos in all information flows within LRS supply chain
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge bank of customer and product information
  • Ensure all deadlines are met
  • Proactive approach to executing concise communication to all stakeholders ie. Held Orders, Debt issues, Promotional invoices
  • Effective query resolution (Covering Price & Delivery claims)
  • Proactive management to ensure invoices are paid to terms
  • Cash allocation, Ledger management
  • Day to day communication with LRS Stakeholders

The Person:

  • Experience of customer service, preferably in an FMCG environment
  • Experience of SAP Order Management system is desirable
  • Knowledge and understanding of sales ledger
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Effective query resolution
  • Diplomatic and sensitive at handling conflict
  • Flexible approach to working patterns
  • Have the drive and commitment to see tasks through to completion
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to respond appropriately to customer requirements
