- Lead the Alpine Cars UK sales team to achieve national sales volumes and revenues targets, defining the UK sales strategy whilst ensuring consistency with the global brand strategy.
- Define the UK sales and commercial strategy across all sales channels, proactively identify risks and opportunities and manage them to ensure sales and revenue target achievement.
- Define the network animation strategy, monitoring network coverage and performance, and use tools such as the customer satisfaction programme to achieve customer satisfaction levels in line with brand objectives.
- Manage the UK sales team, creating a positive environment which supports high achievement.
- Success will be measured via new and used car sales volumes, market share, turnover, profit, aged stock, factory production filling and lead conversion.
- The successful candidate will have extensive experience at a senior management level, leading a team within a Network facing commercial role, or as an OEM Regional Manager.
- You will be results driven.
- Experience in field force management in a dynamic growth environment, able to create sustainable performance for the company.
- Ability to lead and manage high performing sales teams, with strong influencing and negotiation skills. Commercially astute, with robust project management skills, adaptable and agile minded and encourage initiative-taking and innovation.
