Senior National Account Manager

A leading chilled food manufacturer is seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with major grocery retailers.
Key Responsibilities:- Formulate and execute customer strategies to drive business growth and exceed sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at major grocery retailers
- Negotiate and influence for new listings, distribution increases, and promotional plans
- Build cross-functional relationships to gain a deeper understanding of the brand and own-label offerings
- Proven track record of success in National Account Management, with a strong understanding of the grocery retail landscape
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- A highly competitive salary and car allowance
- A hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in London and 2 days working from home
- Travel expenses, including overnights
