This is a newly created role where you can take full ownership of all affiliate activity and its potential growth.

What you'll get to do

Driving incremental growth through partnership outreach and seeking out new opportunities Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners via Rakuten Monitor affiliate performance, analyse data, and optimise campaigns and share key updates and recommendations with Head of Negotiate and manage commission structures managing to strict ROI goals Collaborate with the Brand, E-Commerce and Marketing teams to ensure relevant partnerships with full measurement of success Understanding potential opportunities for fragrance and skincare brands and taking into consideration each brand's audience and consumer needs to tailor accordingly Ensuring partners are on brand and appropriate for luxury audiences Report back on competitor and wider industry activity Manage a test and learn roadmap to innovate in this area We'd love to meet you if you have
