ADC was established in 2003 and covers all aspects of small buildings projects, refurbishments, property maintenance and site clearance. Covering all trades through a combination of employed and sub-contracted workers.
Brief job description:
BPP have an exciting new opportunity for an Office Apprentice within ADC Property, a small building, property maintenance and site clearance business.
Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
- Answering telephone calls
- primary.
- Calling agents, tenants, and customers to arrange appointments
- primary.
- Entering and managing all work on our job management software including estimates, quotes following call outs and jobs and entering all agreed work on the current order book and maintaining this up to date.
- Managing photographs of work and signing off jobs ensuring all notes are accurate.
- Manage changes to the day when jobs cancel or need bringing forward (prioritising).
- Managing problems on jobs, delays, and complaints communication with customers escalating any significant issues to the Office Administrator/Office Manager.
- Setting tasks for colleagues and completing your tasks daily.
- Maintaining feedback folder with positive comments and uploading them to the team chat.
- Booking subcontractors to carry out work, entering on the job management system contacting day prior to ensure attending. Manage daily issues flag persistent issues at weekly meet.
- Routine administration.
- Attend weekly admin meeting and pass on relevant feedback to Office Manager and Director.
- Assist with inputting quotations.
- Processing card payments.
- Maintaining the Fensa log on the current order book when doors ordered and the new boiler warranty log.
- Ad Hoc duties.
Qualifications:
- 5 GCSEs grades A*C/94 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Prioritisation understanding what is important and what can wait.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Teamwork and a proactive attitude.
