HR & Payroll Administrator required to join our progressive team.

The Raskelf Group (Duvalay) is a fast expanding bedding & mattress manufacturer with two sites across the UK. The HR & Payroll Administrator will be based at the head office in Heckmondwike.


With over 20 years of experience and continued growth within the bedding & mattress manufacturing sectors, you would be joining one of the most innovative and exciting companies in the sector.

Raskelf Group (Duvalay) appeared on the hit TV show Dragons Den and has since continued on to be recognised in the industry through numerous awards, including Bed Manufacturer of the Year.

Core HR Responsibilities;

  • Maintaining accurate records for all employees.
  • Maintain company handbook, contracts and HR procedures.
  • Arrange interviews and assist with interviewing prospective employees.
  • Organise and maintain employee training records.
  • Arrange new starter introductions and coordinating inductions with relevant departmental managers.
  • Organise staff incentives and company social calendar.
  • Managing internal communications with employees.
Core Payroll Responsibilities;

  • Prepare and process payroll for both weekly paid employees and monthly paid employees.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to relevant management.
  • Manage and maintain employee clocking in machine.
  • Prepare payroll journals for the accounts department.
Experience;

  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Experience of completing the payroll function preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
