HR Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Adjacency Recruitment. As an integral part of our HR function, you will provide administrative support and maintain the HR database and other company systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide full administrative support for all areas of the HR function.
  • Maintain the HR database and other company systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Respond to inbound calls and manage HR central email accounts, providing excellent customer service.
  • Process employee documentation, including recruitment, pre-employment checks, PDR, and leaving processes.
  • Ensure timely updates to the HR database and payroll notifications.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, prioritizing workload to meet Service Level Agreements.
Requirements:
  • Strong administration skills, with experience working with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage change and conflicting priorities, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good organizational skills, with a genuine interest in developing a career in HR.
  • Desirable: background in HR administration.
