This role is to serve as the first point of contact between the company and its customers.

**Key Tasks will include**:

- Welcoming visitors such as customers or suppliers into the reception area/showroom
- Working closely with other office administrative staff to ensure all daily orders are processed & actioned
- Answering and responding to customer sales requirements and queries
- Order entry and printing of picking lists for the warehouse operatives
- Managing of individual customers nationwide (online & stores)
- Keeping up to date with fabric sample requests to all customers

Good all round experience and a genuine person who wants Full time work in a small growing business with a long standing, excellent hostory.
