*Duties*
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and faxing
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
*Skills*
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as typing, data entry, and filing
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. printers, scanners)
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficiency in microsoft office, outlook etc
- Ability to computerize information accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills will create a positive impression for visitors and callers. **Salary**: £10.42-£11.00 per hour
