**Job Title**:Office Administrator
**Location**: Heckmondwike, WF16
**Salary**: £25'000 (Pro-Rata £21'632 - £13.00 per Hour)
**Days Worked**:Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm (32 Hours)
**Job Type**: Permanent
We are a leading provider within the electrical inspection & testing industry and are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team.
The role involves providing clerical support to help and sustain our growing business.
The role requires a multitude of skills the number one being attention to detail and a desire to do the job to a high standard.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Producing, sending, and uploading reports to clients
- Updating the company client database
- Updating company spreadsheets
- Ensuring deadlines are met
- Sending invoices
- Support the MD with any specific tasks requested
- Design and update social media presence (LinkedIn & Facebook)
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

**Benefits**:
- 28 Days per annum (Pro-Rata 23 Days) to inc all Bank holidays on days worked.
