We are seeking a skilled Recruitment and HR Officer to join our Head Office team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the recruitment process by sourcing and engaging potential candidates for various positions within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and posting adverts on our online platforms
  • Browsing social networking sites for suitable job profiles with the required skills
  • Communicating with potential candidates to determine suitability
  • Preparing offer letters and contract terms in consultation with HR
  • Compliance of recruitment and administration, including reference requests and DBS checks

Support the HR Function with minute taking and core HR administration. Experience working within a HR/Recruitment function is essential.
