Overview of the Role

As an essential member of the team, you will support the organization's operations in financial affairs, human resources tasks, general administration, training and development support, and play a crucial role in minute-taking during social housing meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll information preparation for the outsourced provider
  • Manage staff pay reports
  • Handle cash administration and petty cash reconciliation
  • Order organization supplies
  • Setup supplier accounts and verify goods received
  • Handle invoices and staff expenses
  • New staff setup and HR records maintenance
  • Act as a notetaker in various meetings
  • Participate in training sessions, especially regarding Health & Safety
