About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our busy teams and providing excellent administrative services to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our teams, including handling incoming calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in the use of computer packages, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
