Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our schools, including managing day-to-day tasks, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • First Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Event Planning: Assist in coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and supporting event planning to ensure seamless execution.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare reports and presentations for school management, utilizing data and insights to inform decision-making.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience in school administration or a similar role, with a strong understanding of educational systems and software.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on maintaining high standards of ethics and confidentiality.
