We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to join our Community Mental Health East Admin Team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our busy reception and admin team within our Community Mental Health Services.
Key Responsibilities- Handle a large number of incoming calls, which can be challenging, distressing, and of a sensitive nature.
- Communicate effectively with service users, their family, or carers, and other stakeholders.
- Produce high-quality documents, reports, and letters via our clinical record system.
- Complete a wide range of administrative tasks from an electronic workflow inbox.
- Scan, upload, and copy documents as required.
- Book rooms and meetings via our Outlook room calendars.
- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent level of administrative experience.
- Relevant experience of working in an office environment and undertaking office procedures with minimal supervision.
- Excellent typing skills, including audio-typing.
- Proficient in the use of computer packages, including Microsoft Office.
