  • Ability to cope with verbally challenging and volatile situations.
  • Be able to cover shifts at short notice and be flexible in a demanding working environment.
Essential requirements

  • 2+ years previous experience working with mental health, domestic violence, gang affiliation, CSE, substance misuse and Refugee status
  • Experience with the age range of our client group 1625 and provision.
  • Proven track record in management of a supported housing team or similar role.
COVID-19 considerations: All Government Guidelines closely followed. Covid awareness course (in house training) PPE provided in house
