About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Leeds. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing advice and support to Care Experienced Young People aged 18-25 within supported living accommodation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional and well-being support to young people
  • Assist with accessing key services, including housing, welfare benefits, health, education, and employment
  • Work closely with partner agencies, including Social Care, Housing Providers, and Job Centre
  • Support young people in achieving their goals and aspirations
