We will meet the individual, identified needs of each child and young person in our care, empowering them to fulfill their potential and be able to adapt to general daily life, in a family like setting.


  • To provide responsive, consistent, and effective care to meet the individual social, emotional, intellectual, educational, cultural and physical needs of children and young people
  • To actively promote the rights of each child and young person and to maintain an environment which is proactively antioppressive, and which acknowledges and values diversity.
  • To operate within the Policies and procedures as defined by Brightside and ensure a living and learning environment which offers opportunities, and which promotes self development, personal achievement, and resilience.

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 15 per week

Salary:
£10.50-£12.00 per hour
