Job Title: Children's Residential Deputy Manager

Job Summary:

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in a children's residential care home, providing care and support to young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management team in ensuring the care home meets OFSTED standards
  • Work with support staff to provide care and support to young people with challenging behaviors
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all young people in the care home
  • Deputise as manager when needed
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement care plans
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and support provided
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
  • Senior or Deputy Manager experience in a children's residential care home
  • Driving Licence

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £39,000
  • A full-time, permanent contract
  • 1 in, 2 off, + sleeps
