Job Title: Children's Home Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the management team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deputise as manager when needed and take on additional responsibilities as required.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure the service meets OFSTED standards and regulations.
  • Support and supervise support staff to ensure effective care and support for young people.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all young people in the care of the home.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of care plans and policies.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in children and young people.
  • Senior or Deputy Manager experience in a children's residential care setting.
  • Driving Licence.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of up to £39,000.
  • A full-time, permanent contract with a 1 in, 2 off, + sleeps rota.
