My Client is currently recruiting for a Project controls Lead, This role will be responsible for:

  • Collecting, analysing, and interpreting project data on project performance.
  • Cost tracking, scheduling, and risk management in order to create monthly project reports.

This role requires strong coordination and expediting skills required to pull data, analysis and information to create the monthly reports

Further to the above takes some day to day activities that will fall as part of this position are as follows:

  • Manage and lead activities related to project planning and controls, cost management and reporting and risk management
  • Responsible for timely issue of project control deliverables and progress reports
  • Provide leadership to planning engineers, schedulers and cost engineers
  • Support the Project Manager
  • Oversee planning and scheduling on the project
  • Understands the project deliverables, milestones and required tasks and targets
  • Support and advise the PM in relation to time and cost related variations and claims
  • Develop and maintain the approved project work breakdown structure and project control budget
  • Monitor progress against schedules
