About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Controller to join our team at MIGSO-PCUBED. As a Project Controller, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, resource management, risk assessment, cost control, estimating, and project communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints
  • Estimate project timelines and resources, ensuring accurate forecasting
  • Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, including planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk assessment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Earned Value Management or estimating techniques, with experience in Primavera P6 an advantage
  • Relevant qualification in project management, such as APM (PMQ, PPQ), PRINCE2, or PMP
