About the Role

Marmion is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our commercial support team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive commercial support to our clients across a range of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert commercial support, including measurement, estimating, contract review, administration, and procurement.
  • Manage interim valuations, variation management, cost value reconciliations, and final account settlements.
  • Engage in project management activities to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and specialist contractors.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in Quantity Surveying.
  • Background experience in subcontracting, contracting, or PQS would be beneficial.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professionalism, approachability, and strong team player skills.
  • RICS accreditation, or willingness to achieve.
  • Strong passion for continuous improvement and further development.
  • Excellent client management, communication, and presentation skills.
