About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Controller to join our team at MIGSO-PCUBED. As a Project Controller, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, resource management, risk assessment, cost control, estimating, and project communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans
  • Manage project budgets and costs, including estimating and forecasting
  • Coordinate project communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, including at least one of either project planning, scheduling, cost control, risk assessment, and/or resource management
  • Proficiency in Earned Value Management or estimating techniques, and exposure to Primavera P6 for those with a project planning specialty
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Good analytical skills, with the ability to work on complex issues and communicate solutions in a clear and concise manner
  • Eagerness to further your development within a consulting environment and a consulting mindset
  • A relevant qualification, such as from APM (PMQ, PPQ), PRINCE2, or PMP, would be beneficial
  • Good commercial acumen
