Manchester, New Hampshire, United Kingdom NCC Group Full time
About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of projects within NCC Group's Escode globally. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects from requirements definition through deployment, establishing and managing project plans, managing project budgets, and reporting anomalies on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Determine and define project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders from across the Escode business.
    • Develop and own a detailed project plan, presenting it in a consumable format to effectively manage stakeholders.
    • Build a project-aligned budget based on scope of work and resource requirements, identifying risks and appropriate contingency as required.
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
    • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Ensure clear sponsorship is in place for projects, supported by an appropriate governance forum to monitor project health and provide necessary support for project success.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
    • Manage vendor and supplier contracts associated with project delivery, ensuring appropriate governance is followed and planned for successful delivery.
    • Work with key stakeholders to identify benefits of change and implement a review process to capture benefit realization post-project delivery.
  • Resource Management
    • Define project tasks and resource requirements.
    • Estimate/forecast all resources required and associated workloads to meet project objectives, working with the business team to ensure alignment of business resources.
  • Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management
    • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor project risks regularly and update risk management plans as needed.
    • Manage project issues to minimize their impact.
    • Manage project dependencies to ensure they do not impact delivery of key project milestones.
  • Monitoring and Reporting
    • Own and track project costs to meet budget, ensuring regular forecast updates and reporting on any unexpected deviations from budget.
    • Provide project status updates on a weekly basis to the Escode IT Director, PMO, and key stakeholders, highlighting key risks and issues with mitigation plans and actions.
    • Manage any changes to the project through an appropriate project governance forum.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Project Management.
  • At least three years' experience delivering similar projects in similar organizations.
  • Experience working with different methodologies to support delivery, either waterfall or agile-based.
  • Delivery of application, development, and business change-based projects.
  • Excellent customer and internal communications skills.
Desirable Requirements
  • Ideally degree qualified or equivalent.
  • Exposure to delivery of infrastructure-based projects.
  • Specific technologies including Salesforce and Workday.
  • Ideally PMP/Prince 2 qualified.
