Key Responsibilities- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and yearly management accounts to senior management and the board of directors.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Financial Planning: Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Financial Control: Manage and maintain a portfolio of property accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including tax and audit requirements.
- Qualifications: Full/part Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA etc.)
- Experience: Proven experience in financial accounting, financial analysis, and financial planning.
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written; good Microsoft Excel skills; and excellent time management and organizational skills.
